Piña Colada Syrup

Seaside Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

3-5 dashes of Angostura Bitters

1-2 dashes of Orange Bitters

1/2oz Piña Colada syrup

2oz Bourbon

Steps:

 

1. Add all ingredients into the mixing glass.

2. Add a good amount of ice to the glass.

3. Using a bar spoon, stir all the ingredients for about 10-15 seconds.

4. Separately, prepare a rocks glass with ice or a single large cube (preferable for less dilution).

5. Strain the cocktail into the glass.

6. Add your preferred garnish and enjoy!

First Call

Ingredients:

3/4oz lime juice

1oz Piña Colada syrup

1/2oz Amaretto liquor

2oz Tequila

Steps:

 

1. Add all ingredients into the shaker.

2. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.

3. Separately, prepare a collins glass by rimming with lime juice and adding Tajin chili salt (Optional).

4. Fill the glass with ice.

5. Strain the cocktail into the glass.

4. Garnish with a pineapple and lime peel.

 Bayside Breeze

Ingredients:

1oz lemon juice

1oz Piña Colada syrup

1/2oz Peach Schnapps

1/2oz Blue Curacao

2oz Gin

Steps:

 

1. Add all ingredients into the shaker.

2. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.

3. Separately, add fresh ice to a double rocks glass.

4. Strain the cocktail into a double rocks glass.

5. Add a pineapple and cherry garnish to the drink.

Cucumber Fizz

Ingredients:

1oz lime juice

3/4oz Piña Colada syrup

5-6 cucumber slices

Club soda

Steps:

 

1. Add the piña colada syrup and cucumber slices to the shaker and muddle thoroughly. 

2. Add the 1oz of lime juice.

3. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.

4. Separately, prepare a collins glass with fresh ice. 

5. Fine strain the cocktail into the glass.

6. Top off with club soda and mix lightly with bar spoon or straw.

7. Garnish with cucumber slices.

Rose Cooler

Ingredients:

1/2oz Piña Colada syrup

3-4 Blackberries

1.5oz Orange juice

Ginger beer

Steps:

 

1. Add the piña colada syrup and 3-4 blackberries to the shaker and muddle thoroughly. 

2. Add the 1.5oz of orange juice.

3. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.

4. Separately, prepare a collins glass with fresh ice. 

5. Fine strain the cocktail into the glass.

6. Top off with Ginger beer.

7. Mix lightly with bar spoon or straw.

8. Garnish with blackberries and/or pineapple fronds.
