MAngo Margarita Syrup

Mangifera

Ingredients:

1oz Mango Nectar

3/4oz Mango Margarita syrup

3/4oz lime juice

2oz Tequila

Grenadine

Ginger Beer

Steps:

 

1. Add the mango nectar, lime juice, mango margarita syrup and tequila into the shaker.

2. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.

3. Separately, prepare a tall glass by adding lime juice and tajin chili salt to the outside rim (Optional).

4. Fill the glass with fresh ice.

5. Strain the cocktail into a double rocks glass.

6. Add a splash of grandine to the top.

7. Top with ginger beer.

8. Add a mango and lime slice garnish to the drink and enjoy!

Royal Duchess

Ingredients:

1oz lemon juice

3/4oz Mango Margarita syrup

1/2oz DOM Benedictine liquor

2oz Scotch

Steps:

 

1. Add all ingredients into the shaker.

2. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.

3. Using a mesh strainer, fine strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.

4. Add a Luxardo cherry with a lemon twist garnish and enjoy!

Emerald Sunkiss

Please note: Adding the right amount of ice can be tricky. Too much ice will result in a thick consistency but less flavor. Too little ice can result in great flavor but can also be "watery".

Ingredients:

1oz lemon juice

1oz Mango Margarita syrup

1/2oz Peach Schnapps

1/2oz Blue Curacao

2oz Gin

Steps:

 

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Add ice until it peeks over the ingredients within the blender.

3. Carefully pour the cocktail into a hurricane style glass.

4. Add a lime and orange wheel garnish with a cherry and enjoy!

Non-Alcoholic Beverages

Turaco

Ingredients:

1oz lime juice

1/2oz Mango Margarita syrup

1.5oz Pineapple juice

3-4 slices of Kiwi

Steps:

 

1. Add the mango margarita syrup and kiwi slices to the shaker and muddle thoroughly. 

2. Add the lime juice and pineapple juice.

3. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.

4. Separately, prepare a collins glass with fresh ice. 

5. Using a mesh strainer, strain the cocktail into the glass.

6. Top off with Sprite

7. Lightly blend with bar spoon or straw.

8. Garnish with kiwi slices and pineapple.
