CHocolate enigma Syrup

Chocolate Engima Martini

Ingredients:

3/4oz Chocolate Enigma syrup

1oz Heavy whipping cream

1.5oz Chocolate cream liquor (Mozart or Godiva is recommended)

3 dashes of Angostura

1/2oz Vodka

Steps:

 

1. Add all ingredients into the shaker.

2. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.

3. Separately, prepare a martini glass by adding a chocolate syrup swirl inside the glass (Optional).

3. Fine strain the cocktail into the martini glass.

4. Add chocolate shavings on top and enjoy!

Daydreamer

Ingredients:

3/4oz Heavy whipping cream

1oz Chocolate Enigma syrup

1/2oz Chambord liquor

2oz Brandy

3-4 Basil leaves

Steps:

 

1. Add 3-4 basil leaves and 1oz of Chocolate Enigma syrup to the shaker.

2. Lightly muddle the basil leaves.

3. Add the remaining ingredients.

4. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.

5. Using a mesh strainer, fine strain the ingredients into a double rocks glass.

6. Add a basil leaf to garnish.

Bermuda King

Ingredients:

3/4oz Chocolate Enigma syrup

1/2oz Pineapple juice

1/2oz Peach Schnapps

1/2oz lemon

2oz Bacardi white rum

Top with Grapefruit soda

Steps:

 

1. Add the chocolate enigma syrup, pineapple juice, peach schnapps, Bacardi white rum and lemon juice into the shaker.

2. Add ice and shake for 5 - 10 seconds.

3. Separately, fill a collins glass with fresh ice.

5. Strain the cocktail into a double rocks glass with some room for the grapefruit soda.

7. Top off the drink with grapefruit soda.

8. Add a grapefruit slice garnish to the drink.

Banana Berry Slush

Ingredients:

1.5oz Vanilla Ice Cream

1oz Chocolate Enigma syrup

Half a medium size banana

2-3 Strawberries

​

Steps:

 

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Add a scoop of Ice and blend thoroughly until it has smooth consistency. 

3. Separately prepare a hurrican or double rocks glass by rimming the glass with Chocolate Enigma syrup and crushed graham cracker. (See image)

4. Pour the blended ingredients into the glass.

5. Lastly, add a banana, strawberry and/or chocolate garnish.
